We created a studio where Reformer Pilates and structured strength training work together, allowing women to move better, get stronger, and build the aesthetic results they’re looking for — without having to choose between methods, locations, or atmospheres.
Alongside Pilates and strength-based classes, Yolates also offers Sculpt and Yoga sessions, completing a balanced approach to movement that supports both physical results and long-term well-being.
Yolates is the result of a lot of work, a lot of effort, a lot of learning, and a lot of care. It’s built with intention, shaped by experience, and designed to feel welcoming, feminine, and focused — a space where women can train consistently, progress confidently, and feel at home while doing it.
